Qualifications: To earn High-Yield Checking rewards, you must complete the following activities during each Monthly Qualification Cycle (MQC): complete at least 12 PIN or signature debit card purchases (including online transactions), receive at least one Direct Deposit or ACH deposit of $250 or more, and be enrolled in electronic statements. All transactions and activities must process and Post to your High-Yield Checking account during the MQC to qualify. An ACH deposit is an electronic transfer of funds from another financial institution or company directly into your account. Examples include, but are not limited to, Social Security or other government benefits, person-to-person payments, and transfers between your external accounts into your Affinity checking account. ATM transactions, purchases of money orders or cash equivalents, loan payments, and transfers between accounts do not count toward the monthly requirements. Transactions bundled by merchants and received as a single posting count as one purchase. Rewards: Upon meeting the Monthly Qualification Cycle requirements, the dividend rate paid on your daily balance will be determined as follows: if your daily balance is $15,000 or less, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance will be 5.35%, with an APY of 5.50%. A dividend rate and APY of 0.50% will be paid only on the portion of your daily balance that is greater than $15,000. The APY for this tier will range from 5.50% to 0.80%, depending on the balance in the account. If qualifying criteria are not met, the dividend rate and APY of 0.05% will be paid on the entire balance of the account in the same dividend period. ATM withdrawal fees incurred during a cycle will also be refunded, up to $25. Dividends and ATM rebates will be deposited in your checking account on the last day of the Statement Cycle (the calendar‐month period). When the qualifications are not met, ATM withdrawal fees are not refunded. If you close your account before rewards post, you forfeit any unpaid rewards. Dividend rates and ATM rebate terms and conditions are subject to change after account opening. Dividends earned may be reported on an IRS 1099 Form, if applicable.

eStatements: To satisfy this account’s eStatement requirement and avoid the $2 monthly paper statement fee, enroll in eStatements and agree to the Electronic Delivery Disclosure within your first 45 days of membership. Thereafter, any account not enrolled will incur the $2 monthly fee. You may withdraw consent at any time via Online Banking or the Mobile App, which will reinstate the paper statement fee.

3APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Rates are accurate as of 10/15/2025 and are subject to change without notice. After the Certificate is opened, you cannot make deposits into the account. Unless otherwise noted, certificates can be opened with a minimum deposit of $500. The APY is based on an assumption that dividends will remain in the account until maturity. Certificates will automatically renew on the maturity date for the same term unless otherwise noted. The dividend rate in effect at the time the certificate renews will be applied on the account. The account holder has a ten (10) day grace period to change the term or close the certificate account without penalty. Penalties apply for early withdraw and could reduce earnings on the account. If funds are withdrawn before the maturity date, the penalty will equal 90 days’ dividends on your certificate account with a term of one year or less, and a penalty of up to 182 days’ dividends for certificates with a term of more than one year. The penalty calculated as forfeiture of part of dividends that have been or would have been earned on the account. It applies whether or not dividends have been earned. We will impose an early withdrawal penalty of at least seven (7) days’ simple interest if funds are withdrawn within six days of the date of deposit or within six days of the date of the immediately preceding partial withdrawal. We reserve the right to require at least seven (7) days written notice of an intended withdrawal. In other words, if the account has not yet earned enough dividends or if the dividend has already been paid, the penalty will be deducted from the principal. Certificates are available to Affinity members only. Contact an employee for further information about applicable fees and terms.

8-Month Promotional Certificate (Including IRA and Business Certificates): Balances of $500 or more earn an APY of 4.00%. On the maturity date, the certificate will automatically renew to a 6-month term at the rate in effect for that term at the time of renewal.
